What to Expect at Your Appointment

Below are some answers to frequently asked questions regarding appointments and treatment.

Please be sure to be well hydrated and eat a small snack or meal before your appointment. Acupuncture treatments can naturally lower blood sugar levels.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We treat many patients with Asthma and Allergies. Due to the sensitivities of patients with breathing issues, please DO NOT WEAR any perfumes, scented body lotions, aftershave, or other aromatic compounds of any kind to your session.

Initial Visits

You may choose to download and complete the intake forms before your initial appointment. Please bring paper copies of the completed forms with you. Filling out forms prior to your appointment will save time during the intake, but is not required.

If applicable, please also bring any supplements and/or medications you are currently taking.

We recommend wearing loose fitting clothing and/or shorts for the treatments You will not need to disrobe for any of our services.

Holle Health Center is located at 7400 Metro Blvd in Edina, MN 55439 in a building called One Corporate Plaza. There are green and gold signs for Rice Real Estate Company at all entrances.

We are located in Suite 370. Once inside the building, you may use the elevator located in the center of the building or one of the stairwells located on either end to get to the third floor. The office is on the northeast side.

The outside door is usually closed, but please come in and have a seat in the waiting room. If the outside door is locked please text me (Ned) at (612) 462-0420.

Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 3pm.

Depending how our world is turning, we occasionally have flexibility to schedule on Wednesday or Saturday. To schedule an appointment, please call/text us at 612-462-0420, or send us a message.

You should plan on being in the office for at least one hour and fifteen minutes for the first treatment. Follow up appointments are generally about one hour.

We understand that circumstances may arise may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We request that you give at least 24 hour notice.

Please be aware that a late cancellation fee will be assessed for missed appointments.

Note that self-pay clients must pay in full on the date of service. You may make payments with cash or check.

At this time, Holle Health Center does not officially accept insurance as most insurance plans will not cover payment for treatments. However, most auto-insurance will cover accidents.

If your health insurance does cover your treatment and an invoice is required, the full fees for insurance will be billed as a courtesy, and you will be given the paperwork to file.

I focus on holistic, comprehensive treatments that can have a profound effect on your overall health and wellness, resulting in long term results for improved quality of life.

That said, there may be side effects to treatment including but not limited to:

  • Pain in the treatment area
  • Minor bruising
  • Needle sickness (dizziness and/or nausea)

We are happy to address any questions or concerns you have about your treatment at your session, but please do not hesitate to contact us before your appointment.

Consults & Scheduling

If you’re interested in services for a particular ailment or condition, we do offer consults to assess whether and which of our services would be a good fit for you.

A consult is not required for services, however we do go through your medical history at your initial appointment. Our Health Questionnaire is available online if you would like to fill out the information in advance.
